Maté Tea is the tea most commonly referred to as weight loss tea...

Maté is a wild shrub from Argentina that can be used to make a tea infusion. Maté Tea, known by its uber popular name as the “weight loss tea” contains a stimulant similar to caffeine, but does not produce the jittery side effects that caffeine can.

Reports suggest Maté will keep you going longer than just caffeine, without the crash associated with drinking coffee or soft drinks.
